The Richard Sandow family worked at leased from 1942 and through the war years for the leading theatrical agent Don Ross, they were great friends until 1957 when my father died that caused the end of the family as a unit. One will see my fathers ponies are topping this playbill, by sister Violet is Violetta single trapeze (sister Margaret would be Miss Christine – a bending routine). Spangleletti would be a comedy rider. I would be in the dressing room!
Excellent item in this months issue of The Call Boy journal of published by The British Music Hall Society.
